Job summary

UDF in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule (Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm). Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour.

The Food Lead is responsible for safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and training team members on foodservice programs and SOPs to grow foodservice sales. Key duties include opening duties, maintaining logs, ensuring proper dating and food safety, processing orders to avoid out-of-stocks, operating POS and handling alcohol and tobacco sales

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience: greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• Operate POS system, handle transactions, and manage coupons/EBT with accuracy.
• Stock shelves and displays, ensure dips cabinet and foodservice areas are well presented and stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas following SOPs; monitor temperatures and dates.
• Assist management in training associates to execute foodservice programs during shifts.
• Follow tobacco/alcohol sales policies and ensure compliance with state laws.
