Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead to manage the foodservice area within our Cincinnati store. This full-time role runs Monday through Saturday, 4am–12pm, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal, gas console, check identification documents and to use price book.

Responsibilities

• Provide signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare and stock DipSide items, shakes, sundaes, and ice cream products.
• Operate POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash with accuracy.
• Stock shelves and ensure dipping cabinet and displays are presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment temperatures, and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco/alcohol policies and security procedures.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs during shifts.
