Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 170 in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires overseeing safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The position runs 4am-12pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 5-day workweek and on-site work. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with responsibilities including equipment operation, stock maintenance, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Able to become Food Safety certified per UDF/state regulations.
• Food Lead must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and stock foodservice equipment, date products and ensure food safety.
• Prepare condiments and sandwiches according to SOPs and production guides.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure foodservice areas are stocked.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and deliver excellent service.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of foodservice and store areas.
