Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule from 4am to 12pm, Monday through Saturday. The role oversees foodservice operations, ensures safety and cleanliness, and drives guest satisfaction through the Hi Five experience.

Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with responsibilities including stocking, dating, and food safety compliance. The candidate will manage food preparation areas, supervise subordinates, and work with management to maintain

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state regulations.
• Ability to operate the POS system and handle sales transactions (alcohol and tobacco where required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area per SOPs.
• Ensure proper dating and food safety across all products.
• Follow The Hi Five Guest Experience to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Train and assist associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
