United Dairy Farmers in Fort Wright, KY is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead- First Shift (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). The role oversees safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and leads staff to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.

The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, proper SOPs, and the ability to train associates on shift. On-site, full-time with a 5-day workweek and a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe
• Prepares fresh condiments for use utilizing correct foodservice dating procedures
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas
• Maintains product availability for prepared food areas Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM
• Ensures ordering of Foodservice Supplies to eliminate Out of Stocks
• Completes wash, rinse and sanitizing activities for all foodservice smallwares
• Maintains cleanliness of sales area where foodservice products are located
• Keeps up to date with program changes and SOPs
• Works with management to ensure all associates are trained and able to execute all foodservice programs while on shift
• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction
• DipSide Guest Services: shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream, sundaes, floats
• Efficient operation of POS System: proper gas sales, register transactions, handling cash/change
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and coolers filled and presentable
• Security: monitor guests, follow cash handling protocols and safety programs
• Maintenance: ensure store and equipment cleanliness and temperatures
• Reporting: accurate time records and guest preparedness documents
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to speak and understand English well
• Ability to become Food Safety certified per UDF/state regulations
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console
• Ability to prepare DipSide items from dip cabinets
• Ability to handle cash transactions and make change
• Ability to count and perform arithmetic accurately
• Ability to move merchandise and stock to proper displays
• Ability to clean counters and surfaces
• Ability to tolerate low/high temperatures in the work environment
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
• Ability to place a 21-pound package into a dip cabinet
