Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Florence, KY is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 060 (First Shift, Mon-Sat 4am-12pm) with an hourly pay range of $13.50–$15.25. This on-site role covers foodservice execution, guest experience, and daily store operations.

You will ensure safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and lead other associates on shift. Responsibilities include food prep, temperature logs, inventory, training with management, and adherence to all SOPs and legal requirements, including

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Food safety certification subject to state regulations.
• Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, ice cream, and other DipSide items; serve and stock.
• Operate POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas.
• Assist management with training and adherence to SOPs.
