Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for the first shift (Mon - Sat, 4am-12pm) in Cincinnati, OH. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with on-site duties and full-time employment.

You will oversee foodservice operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and provide exceptional guest service while complying with all regulations. The role includes operating foodservice equipment, stocking, and training team members to meet SOPs and the Hi Five guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the 4am–12pm shift, Monday through Saturday.
• Legal qualification to conduct all sales incl. alcohol and tobacco.
• Provide outstanding guest service and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roller Grill, HTG Oven, and keep items stocked with correct dating.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and food safety practices.
• Ensure foodservice areas are clean and organized per SOPs.
• Assist guests with the Hi Five Guest Experience and upsell where appropriate.
• Train and supervise associates during shifts and manage store duties.
