Job summary

UDF is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead in Columbus, OH. This full-time role runs Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm, with a pay range of $13.50-$15.25 per hour.

The incumbent will oversee safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, implement program SOPs, and mentor staff to drive foodservice sales while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. The position requires excellent customer service, food safety readiness, and ability to work early hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food safety certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Comfort with operating POS and cash handling systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments and sandwiches per SOPs and Production Guide.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas and ensure food safety.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests during shifts.
• Operate POS system, authorize transactions, and handle cash/coupons.
• Stock shelves and ensure dip cabinet is presentable and properly rotated.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ensure proper loss prevention and safety practices are followed.
