Job summary

UDF is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to manage the in-store foodservice area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, proper stocking and program knowledge to grow foodservice sales.

This full-time role runs Monday through Saturday, 4am–12pm, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. The position requires compliance with all food safety, alcohol and tobacco sales rules. The candidate will train team members and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with guests.
• Food safety certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Strong customer service skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and stock foodservice equipment; ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments and sandwiches per SOPs and Production Guide.
• Maintain temperature logs and monitor food safety across service areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and procedures during shift.
• Ensure proper ordering to prevent out-of-stocks and manage inventory.
