Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead in Columbus, OH. This full-time role runs Monday through Saturday, 4am–12pm, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. You will manage the foodservice area, ensure safety and freshness, and lead guest experiences with the Hi Five framework.

The position requires operating the POS, handling cash, stocking, and training teammates on foodservice programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and misc. foodservice equipment.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Prepare fresh condiments and sandwiches per SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice supplies are ordered to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas according to SOPs.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs during shift.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic service.
• Accurately complete time records and guest preparedness documentation.
