Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 219 in Huber Heights, OH. The role supports a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area and supervises shift operations Mon-Sat 4am-12pm.

The leader will ensure proper food handling, inventory, and guest service per UDF standards, including alcohol/tobacco compliance where required, and will assist teammates to grow foodservice sales.

Qualifications

• Retail foodservice experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate POS and handle transactions.
• State food safety certification or training required.
• Early morning availability (Mon-Sat) and ability to stand long periods.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead foodservice operations for the store, ensuring safety, cleanliness and proper food handling.
• Prepare and stock food items per SOPs and production guides.
• Monitor temperature logs and expiration dates; maintain inventory for foodservice.
• Deliver excellent guest experience following the Hi Five model (Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled).
