Job summary

UDF is hiring for a Full Time Food & Beverage Lead position. The role covers foodservice execution in a busy store, including keeping the area stocked, safe, and clean, with emphasis on following The Hi Five Guest Experience.

The schedule runs Monday through Saturday from 4am to 12pm, five days a week, with a pay range of $13.50 to $15.25 per hour. Lead responsibilities include product prep, equipment operation, sanitation, and ensuring food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foodservice programs, product offering, equipment and SOPs.
• Ability to train associates on foodservice programs.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to follow the Five Phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, date and food safe.
• Prepare fresh condiments with correct dating procedures.
• Operate HTG Oven & Warmer and manage expiration times.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and presentable to guests.
