Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 225 on first shift, Mon-Sat 4am-12pm, with pay between $13.50 and $15.25 per hour. The role covers foodservice execution, guest service, and adherence to food safety and SOPs in a high-volume store in Dayton, OH.

The position requires operating deli and coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper stock and product dating.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English for food safety and store procedures.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Be able to follow food safety and alcohol/tobacco sale regulations.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and operate food preparation equipment and ensure correct dating and safety.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure foodservice product availability 5AM-12PM.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all foodservice and sales areas.
