Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 213 in Dayton, OH. This role covers foodservice execution, guest experience, and store operations on a 4am–12pm shift, Monday through Saturday, five days weekly.

Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with on-site responsibilities and full-time status. The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, adherence to safety SOPs, and strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Food Safety certification subject to UDF/state regulations.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in low/high temperatures as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Stock and maintain foodservice areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle POS transactions and ensure accurate register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance across foodservice areas.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
