Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Food & Beverage Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule (Mon–Sat 4am–12pm). Pay is $13.50–$15.25 per hour. You will lead the Food Lead duties, ensuring a safe, clean, stocked foodservice area and assisting team members to grow foodservice sales.

Responsibilities include temperature logging, equipment operation, ordering supplies, proper sanitization and guest service. You will uphold all policies and SOPs while delivering a great Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Food Safety certification required by state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Capable of handling cash, coins and card transactions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and stock the foodservice area safely and efficiently.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure food safety standards.
• Prepare and stock dips, condiments, and ready-to-serve items.
• Assist guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ensure proper cleaning and organization of foodservice areas.
