Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Food & Beverage Host to join our in-park locations. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, help with food preparation, and handle POS transactions while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

No formal education is required; English fluency is essential with bilingual skills a plus. Candidates must obtain a Food Handler Certification when required and be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this role.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun, inviting manner and provide exceptional service.
• Assist guests by answering questions quickly and politely.
• Prepare food following proper procedure and safety guidelines.
• Conduct POS transactions and follow PCI/park guidelines for transactions.
