Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Host to join our in-park teams. You will greet guests, help with questions, and assist with food preparation and service across various stalls and locations within the park.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety guidelines, and supporting additional park areas as needed. A Food Handler Safety certification is required within 90 days where regulations apply, with English

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Previous work experience not required.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or equivalent) within 90 days where required by law.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun, inviting manner and deliver excellent service.
• Assist guests with questions and provide accurate information.
• Prepare food following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
• Process POS transactions including credit and refunds per PCI guidelines.
• Replenish condiments and beverages; maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety policies to keep a safe environment for guests and teammates.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Support other park areas as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
