Job summary

Story Land is seeking friendly Guest Experience Hosts to welcome guests with warmth and energy. You will help with ticketing, season passes, and gate operations, ensuring a memorable first impression for visitors.

Preferred candidates read and speak English fluently; Spanish or another language is a plus. Roles involve entertaining guests, working weekends/holidays, and lifting up to 20 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; Spanish or another language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun, welcoming manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Operate POS to sell tickets and season passes.
• Process entrance tickets/passes at gates.
• Assist with entry, exit, and reentry procedures and maintain a clean gate area.
• Notify security or leadership of injuries or emergencies as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
