Story Land is seeking a friendly Bistro Food Service Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team across the park’s food stalls and restaurants. You will greet guests, answer questions, manage accurate transactions, and assist with food preparation in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

No formal education is required. A minimum of 1 year of culinary work is preferred, and you must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) within 90 days where required.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this role.
• 1+ year of previous culinary work experience preferred but not required.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures related to the assigned Food & Beverage location and as directed by team leads and shift supervisors.
• Set up and breakdown of workstation.
• Prepare food following proper procedure and safety guidelines using fryers, grills and other professional kitchen equipment.
• Prepare food items according to menu specifications, portion sizes and proper cooking temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all proper Personnel Protective Equipment guidelines when working around food preparation equipment.
