Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver amazing service and create memorable first impressions for guests. You will assist at the park entrance, handle ticketing, and support guests with entry, exit, and reentry while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key requirements include fluent English, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is not required, and youth employment is supported.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional approach.
• Ability to follow direction, multitask, and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun and welcoming manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Run POS for guests to purchase tickets or season passes.
• Process guests’ tickets and passes at the entrance gates.
• Answer questions and elevate concerns as needed to the appropriate host.
• Assist guests with entry, exit, and reentry to the park.
• Keep the front gate area clean and presentable.
• Notify security or operators of injuries or emergencies.
• Perform all other duties assigned by leadership.
