Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee F&B operations across one or more locations within the park. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring food safety, managing guest service, and coordinating scheduling and training to maintain smooth, safe daily operations.

Language requirement is fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and may involve compliance with New Hampshire

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this position.
• 1+ year of experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience is a plus, preferably in food or restaurant.
• Experience in amusement parks is a plus.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or start within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and assigned departments.
• Lead by example, mentor and coach team members.
• Backfill F&B positions as needed and oversee scheduling/timekeeping.
• Ensure meal breaks comply with state law and maintain food safety.
• Oversee inventory, quality controls, and POS transactions.
