Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Food & Beverage Host to join our team, working across park locations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll gain customer service, food preparation, and decision-making skills while catering to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to handle POS transactions. A ServSafe-like certification is required within 90 days where mandated by local guidelines. Seasonal opportunities await with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified within 90 days where required by guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner.
• Assist guests and answer questions promptly.
• Handle POS transactions including credit and refunds.
• Prepare food following safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety policies.
• Ensure PCI and park guidelines are followed for transactions.
• Assist in other areas of the park to ensure guest satisfaction.
