Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver a friendly, guest-first shopping experience on the sales floor. You will help guests find items, resolve questions, and process transactions with a smile. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to varying shifts, and adherence to food safety and store standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with or without prior food/grocery experience, and comfortable using handheld scanners and cash registers as part of daily tasks. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
