The role emphasizes guest-first service, collaboration with teammates, and adherence to Target's policies while remaining flexible for peak shopping times. You should be at least 18, with a welcoming attitude and ability to operate store tech.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, assist with finds, and thank guests at checkout.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Deliver a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operation, prioritizing guest needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards and procedures.
