Job summary

Target is hiring for a Food & Beverage Expert to help deliver a friendly guest experience, assist guests, and maintain fresh, accurately priced products on the sales floor. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, supporting guests from greeting to checkout and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with or without prior food/grocery experience, and possess strong guest-service skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a busy schedule including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guests via back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up duties as needed.
