Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to help deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience on the sales floor. You will assist guests, support co-workers, and participate in back-up cashier duties while upholding safety and quality standards.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced store environment, capable of multitasking, and familiar with using handheld scanners and store tech. The role requires flexibility for varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout their shopping journey.
• Assist with back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up services as needed while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Execute food & beverage processes including replenishment, in-stocks routines, and merchandise signing.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and accuracy in displays, backrooms and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent guest experience across shifts.
