Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience is a plus.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues quickly.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Maintain food safety standards and follow Target policies.
• Support team members and assist peers as needed.
