Job summary

Target is hiring for a Food & Beverage Expert to create a friendly guest experience, greet customers, and help locate items while following safety policies. The role requires flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced store environment.

You'll support the team with replenishment, inventory accuracy, and merchandising, ensuring products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not always required.

• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Follow all food safety requirements and Target policies and procedures.
