Stonebridge Hospitality Management is hiring a Food & Beverage Coordinator in Denver, CO. This role supports the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations meeting brand standards.

Responsibilities include service excellence, cost control, inventory, and staff coordination. Requires 3+ years in F&B in a supervisory capacity, strong POS knowledge, and liquor-law compliance. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in resolving guest complaints and maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments, such as front office and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Work as Banquet Captain, Server, or Bartender, as needed.
• Ensures prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, and beverages to the required standards.
• Maintains profit margins by managing costs through sales analysis, menu costing, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and bar, including table setups and flower arrangements.
• In the absence of F&B Director, may supervise food and beverage associates and staff.
• Manages bartenders and room service staff, ensuring training and standards.
• Manages ordering, storing, and issuing goods with stock control.
• Handles customer complaints and ensures high service quality.
• Ensures compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Circulates to maintain visibility with guests and staff.
• Conducts regular staff training and keeps up with industry trends for improvement.
