Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Anticipate customer needs and suggest products to enhance service and sales.
2. Resolve service issues following guidelines.
3. Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
4. Process sales, handle cash, validate transactions, and operate POS systems.
5. Complete deposits at shift end.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Order and stock supplies as needed.
8. Accurately deliver to-go food orders, verifying details with guests.
9. Assist with in-house food orders and expo when possible.
10. Handle hot products and equipment safely.
11. Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
12. Adhere to policies and perform duties safely.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

Must perform duties satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old. Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to count money accurately
• Availability for flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
