Primary Purpose:

The Food & Beverage Attendant provides guests with an excellent dining experience, assisting with the presentation of the complimentary breakfast and evening reception.

Work Performed:

The attendant’s duties include:

  • Sanitizing and cleaning work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration.
  • Setting up and presenting the breakfast/evening reception, restocking buffet, clearing dishes, and wiping tables.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally.
  • Performing duties of a bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed.
  • Knowledge of menu items, presentation, and preparation methods.
  • Storing food properly at correct temperatures.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth food production.
  • Facilitating shift changes and communicating pertinent information.
  • Following health department guidelines for sanitation and food handling.
  • Adhering to safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
  • Performing any other duties necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous food service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to bend, squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
  • Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
