Job summary

Fresca, LLC is hiring a Food Beverage Attendant to support daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve menu items, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding sanitation and quality standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, efficient handling of orders, cash management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members. 21+ age and English communication are required; prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description Summary
