Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server to support the beverage department with prompt, friendly service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

In this role you will take orders, serve drinks, handle cash with Micros POS, verify ages, and work closely with the team to ensure safe, compliant operations across Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder properties. Prior beverage or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of beverage server or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
• Follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
