Job summary

Fresca, LLC, in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment, is seeking a Beverage Server to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service at the beverage station. You will take orders, serve drinks, and help guests choose from beverage options while upholding the company’s guest service standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, a willingness to work as part of a team, and the ability to handle cash and Micros POS procedures with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull up to 25lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
