Job Summary

As the Busser, you support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly reset in a timely manner. You assist Food Servers in delivering a seamless guest dining experience through attentive service and maintenance of a clean, upscale environment. Your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
  • Greet guests in a friendly and upbeat manner
  • Refill water and non‑alcoholic beverages, and offer refills when glasses are half full
  • Clear tables promptly and sweep surrounding areas as needed
  • Transport soiled tableware to the dishwashing area and replace silverware as appropriate
  • Set and reset tables according to outlet standards
  • Polish glassware and silverware to maintain presentation quality
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, rotating stock using FIFO procedures
  • Maintain a general knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Assist in running food as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
