• Operate load and batching machines.
• Read and interpret recipes and procedures.
• Verify batch ingredients and weights.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean and sanitize equipment.
• Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and report issues.
• Complete changeovers.
