Job summary

Kettle Cuisine in Green Bay, WI is seeking a reliable Kitchen Machine Operator for a second shift (Sun-Thu, 10:30pm–7:00am) to produce sauces in open kettles and monitor each batch for quality. You will follow GMPs, maintain sanitation, and work safely in a fast-paced plant environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or food experience, and a willingness to work evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or food experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Team player with good communication.
• Ability to follow GMPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate cooking equipment including ovens, kettles, pumps.
• Verify ingredients and measure amounts.
• Prepare ingredients and monitor time/temps.
• Scoop and fill products into kettles; manage sous vide prep.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace.
• Move pallets with pallet jack; communicate with supervisor.
• Follow GMPs, safety, sanitation, and environmental procedures.
