Job description

Assist the food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspects of the restaurant, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will:

• Assist the F&B outlet management team in ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Create a festive atmosphere for guests to enjoy during their dining experience.
• Increase sales compared to previous years and reduce service complaints.
• Be responsible for team member training programs.
• Manage scheduling for all service-related employees.
• Enforce grooming policies for team members, as well as company and department standards.
• Participate in the company's monthly Goals & Measurements Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to occasionally carry and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
