The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join their team! Located in Fairfax County's business district, our AAA Four Diamond hotel features a three-meal restaurant, bar/lounge, and in-room dining, with seasonal menus focused on farm-to-table cuisine, providing an exceptional dining experience.

We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on leader to oversee a team of 20 front-of-house staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong restaurant background and the ability to bring a fresh perspective. Previous hotel and union experience is highly preferred.

• Plan and oversee administration and operations of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily needs.
• Implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
