The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a Line Cook for Harth Restaurant! Located in Fairfax County's business district, our AAA Four Diamond hotel offers 27,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an amphitheater, executive guest rooms, and American cuisine at Harth Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of line cook experience in an upscale restaurant.

Shift Pattern: Typical shifts are from 2pm-10:30pm. Must have weekend and holiday availability.

Pay Rate: $25.25 per hour

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings
• Prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Serve guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Inspect all food sent from the kitchen for quality and presentation
• Follow correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations
