The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a full-time Overnight Front Office Supervisor to join their Guest Services team! This beautiful, 458-room hotel is in the heart of Fairfax County's business district and is five minutes from the Metro Silver Line!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year hotel front office experience! It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous supervisory experience in a hotel setting, as well as previous Hilton experience.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work an overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $26.24 per hour plus $1.00 per hour for overnights

What will I be doing?

As an Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you would be responsible for assigning work, training our Guest Service Agents and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversees front desk operations
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff
