The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. This dedicated, dynamic, and organized individual will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

The hotel features 216 rooms, located on the Sioux Falls River, with over 20,000 square feet of meeting space. Onsite dining options include a delectable Italian restaurant with a patio and a specialty coffee bar.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of food and beverage management experience
• Open availability
• Hotel experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, and evaluations.
• Assess product and service satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Implement marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Maintain team members' knowledge of offerings, policies, and local events.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
