Server Assistant - Canopy Sioux Falls SD US (Finance)

Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is a vibrant hotel located in the Steel District, offering guests a boutique experience with views of the Sioux Falls River. Our signature restaurant, Cascata Italian Cuisine, features authentic Italian flavors in a modern setting, with a scenic patio and coffee bar.

The schedule must be flexible to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth within Hilton.

A Server Assistant sets and clears tables and stocks service stations to ensure excellent guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, setting tableware, and serving water.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects.
• Maintaining and cleaning food stations.
• Assisting servers by serving beverages and breads.
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
