Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is a vibrant and contemporary hotel nestled in the heart of the Steel District, offering guests a boutique experience with panoramic views of the Sioux Falls River. Our signature restaurant, Cascata Italian Cuisine, combines authentic Italian flavors with a modern dining ambiance, complemented by a scenic patio and specialty coffee bar.

The schedule must be flexible to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with weekend availability.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with opportunities for growth within Hilton.

A Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects for repair
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations
• Assisting food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
