Role Overview:

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all dining and banquet operations, ensuring that every detail of the member experience is executed at the highest level. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational skills, and the ability to develop a team that takes pride in exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Member Experience:

• Lead and develop a service culture that ensures every dining experience is exceptional.
• Be a visible presence in all dining areas, engaging with members and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to refine menus, dining programs, and special events.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team that embodies professionalism and attention to detail.
• Implement training programs that ensure consistency in service and hospitality.
• Foster an environment of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Operations & Financial Management:

• Oversee daily dining operations, private events, and banquets with efficiency and precision.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain financial health.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.

Events & Private Dining:

• Oversee events and catering to deliver private functions, member events, and golf outings that are flawlessly executed.
• Ensure that all events align with the club’s high service standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in private clubs, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, with an eye for detail and refinement.
• A leader who can train, mentor, and inspire a service team.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and labor management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
