Overview

Here's your chance to join a newly renovated, dynamic upscale full-service property with many exciting changes ahead.

We are seeking a vibrant, customer-focused Food & Beverage professional to join our team.

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, including outlets and banquets. The F&B Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve high scores in food and service quality.

This role is responsible for budgets, cost control measures, quality standards, guest satisfaction, and associate satisfaction.

Qualifications

The Food & Beverage Manager reports to the General Manager. Successful candidates must be flexible with their schedules and have a proven track record as effective trainers, coaches, and motivators.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, direct, and motivate supervisors and staff. Experience with cost controls, financial management, profit and loss statements, etc., is essential.
  • Direct and participate in the functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs.
  • Implement effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Regularly review and evaluate customer satisfaction within Food & Beverage operations.
  • Assist in recruiting high-quality personnel and manage staff development, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct and execute all projects as directed by the company and General Manager.

Education and Experience

Hospitality experience is required, preferably in Food & Beverage, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
