We are looking for a hands-on manager with both fine dining and people management experience.to join our Food & Beverage team atCharlotte City Club in Uptown Charlotte. The entire leadership team of the Club has changed over the last year, and we are looking for someone who is equally asexcited as we are to continue growing and learning alongside us.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as supervisor or manager in fine dining environment
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Beverage program experience strongly preferred
• High-End banquet service preferred
• Highly organized with strong computer skills
• Excellent communicator and facilitator of interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships
• Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude
• Open availability to work our current days/hours of operation

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Charlotte, NC. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensure high standards of customer service, manage budgets, and coordinate with culinary staff.
