We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns for F&B brands across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of consumer behavior in the food & beverage industry and hands-on experience with social media content, influencers, and CRM tools to drive both engagement and customer retention.
Digital Campaign Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns for product launches and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with designer & marketing lead to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
Social Media Management
- Develop content calendars and produce engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Monitor social trends and incorporate trending formats (memes, reels, viral topics) into brand content.
- Work with content creators and designers to produce visuals and short-form videos.
KOL/KOC Collaboration
- Research and propose suitable KOLs/KOCs for brand campaigns based on target audience.
- Coordinate influencer briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
- Track and evaluate performance of influencer activities.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing
- Collaborate with marketing lead to execute customer retention activities (email campaigns, push notifications, loyalty app updates, chatbot engagement, etc.).
- Segment customer data and personalize messaging for re-engagement and upsell.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements for user journeys across digital channels.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid and organic digital channels.
- Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, Google Trends, etc. to generate insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest data-driven optimizations.
- Budget management

Education: Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
Work related skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok platform mechanics and audience behavior.
- Experience working with influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and social content creators.
- Familiarity with ad management tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and basic performance tracking.
Soft skills:
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making.
