In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage operations
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Establish goals and KPIs
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Qualifications

• Certification from culinary school preferred
