Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience handling FOIA, PA, MDR, and ADR case processing including coordination, documentation, and requester interactions.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce professionally formatted documents.
• Proficiency with case management tools and document-handling systems; IC/ODNI experience a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to document case actions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for review and release of classified information under FOIA, PA, EO 13526, and IC policies.
• Handle complex FOIA cases, including litigation and appeals, leveraging exemptions and administrative requirements.
• Conduct MDR and ADR reviews per EO 13526.
• Coordinate taskings, searches, and document collection across IC components and external agencies.
• Validate search adequacy and ensure all actions are properly documented in case files.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow with government leads.
• Produce high-quality, grammatically correct work requiring minimal edits.
• Submit final response letters and close cases within three business days of government approval.
• Track case status using government-provided tools; update records timely.
